Kids Camp Post 1 of 3

Wrote on Friday Aug 4

Today we woke up at 5:30. We were supposed to be up and ready to eat by 6:00, but we learned that they expected us to leave by 6:00. So we all grabbed our stuff, and went into the bus.

We went on a 3 hour bus ride to get to a village. When we arrived, everyone came to see us. We first started to play soccer with the kids, then we started to peel potatoes with our thumb nails. After that we fed the children, washed the dishes, then set up some games for four groups of kids. We had triangle tug a war, normal tug a war, frisbee relay race, parachute, and a game of futbol (soccer). After the games, we fed them supper, then they watched a movies about Jesus.
